Our Holiday Home was fully restored by returning to the interior of the
special beauty of the walls from stone, treated with care and left to view different points in the apartment, as can be seen in the pictures. The soft white plaster and new furniture offer a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Typical fixtures in wood colored of Carloforte were restructured in strict compliance with local tradition. Even the ceiling, partly in wood, was reported to the original beauty. Our Holiday Home is quite comfortable and cool in summer, is located in the city center only 200 meters by craft ferries and 100 meters from accurate San Carlo Square, the heart of the country. We are on the ground floor, in Gramsci n.68 corner Spano street. |

We
offer a full accommodation of all: living kitchen with kitchenette an sofa bed 2 squares, bathroom, double bedroom. Sleeps: 2+2. The area is peaceful. We feature some of our particular Holiday Home, decorated entirely new. |
You log on to our Holiday Home from Gramsci street, with entry into the residence kitchen. The kitchen is spacious living room and comfortable sofa bed with 2 squares. By arch stone visible in the photo above is accessed upon. Master bedroom and bath overlook in Spano street. The bathroom is complete with all services*, with the traditional square window typical of Carloforte. Our Holiday Home is also equipped with an essential set of dishes. Our Holiday Home in not equipped with bed linen and towels. On arrival we provide our guests with a map in color photocopy of the village of Carloforte and the island of San Pietro. We offer warmth and courtesy, and if any advice on places to visit less known, perhaps as an alternative to the most famous beaches. |

| Fares. Prices range from a minimum of 400 € to a maximum of 800 € for a week as follows: 400 € for one week (7 nights) during the months from october to may; 600 € for one week (7 nights) in june and september; 700 € for one week (7 nights) in july; 800 € for one week (7 nights) in august. For periods less than or greater than one week the price has to be agreed. The prices include the cost of water, electricity, gas kitchen and waste. Is possible to agree a stay of less than one week, but not less than 3-4 nights, from October to May inclusive. From June to September only accept weekly bookings (one or more weeks) from Saturday to Saturday, or, exceptionally, from Sunday to Sunday. a discount on the total.
